Our business was born from the technology sector. With our founders holding senior positions in some of the biggest technology companies in the world. So anything to do with technology innovation, transformation, implementation, migration, decommission, service delivery, fix or build is second nature to us. Be that large legacy platforms, modern SaaS and Blockchain technology or the data, Machine Learning (ML) & Artificial Intelligence (AI) that powers them.\

We used our sector agnostic, deep roots in enterprise technology to develop the company services into delivering real Enterprise Architecture (EA) and ultimately business and programme change design. Collecting great people, valuable insights, and experience in several change-oriented sectors along the way. Mostly by accident, we become experts and change leaders in banking, insurance, fintech, telco, pharma, utilities, and various government sectors.  

Whilst our major theme has been technology change, it’s clear that even in the most high tech environments, tech was still a tool to drive a business forwards. Our ability to deliver complex technology and business enterprise change allowed us to enter any sector and apply value quickly. As we did so, we accumulated a lot of the niche knowledge around industry tech, regulation, competition factors, trends and innovations that people started to call us the experts in the industry.
